Currently it's not possible to place the picture within the text box for the purposes of wrapping text or adjusting margins. If you'd like to see this in future version, please share your thoughts in the form of a feature request with our product development team.
Within Storyline the options would be limited to creating text boxes that would sit around an image - if you wanted to create something similar in Powerpoint or Word, you could then save it as an image and use that within Storyline.
Hopefully someone else in the community has been able to come up with a more creative workaround!
