Picture Tools / Format Tab Missing

Hi,

I've just started tutorials and wanted to edit pictures and shapes but unfortunately neither picture tools nor format tab pop up when I double-click on the objects. I can't see them under any bar as well. My OS is Windows 7 64bit with Office 2010.

I hope this is just a beginner's problem and thanks in advance.

Here is a quick Screenr on how Storyline should behave in the scenario you describe. Can you please take a look, and perhaps record a corresponding Screenr on how Storyline is behaving in your environment? Thanks!
