Play button in the lower left corner of timeline doesn't work

Hi Sherlina,

Thanks for sharing your project file here. I took a look at it and noticed first that all your "play media" triggers were not assigned to any particular media files and that they were also associated with variables changing. I changed those around and again used the play button and it still didn't work. I tried on a brand new file with an audio inserted and that one played as expected using the play button in the timeline.

I'd like to know if you can recreate this behavior on a brand new file and ensure you're adhering to the guidelines detailed here for working with Storyline files.

I put the sound file in a brand new file and the play button worked! But why the file doesn't work on my module ?

It may be due to how the audio was inserted, or it may be an issue of corruption with the file itself.

It may help to move your original content into the file that contains the working audio, or to import the entire original course into a new file:

Thanks for your reply! I moved my audio file in a brand new file and made the sync through this new file.
