I wasn't having this issue until this morning. I went to add an extra line of audio that was missed and it crashed when i clicked the audio button. Now I can't play the timeline on any of my slides to time stuff. I tried other courses and they play just fine. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. Updated the the latest version. I've also tried to create a new project and copy a slide over but it still acts the same. When publishing it to a review site it just comes up blank now with no screen.
I'm sorry you're running into Storyline crashing with that specific course! I see that my teammate, Vevette, isn't able to replicate the issue, so keep at it with her to get to the root cause of why it's happening!
