Player freezes on iPad when required to draw from question bank

Could you tell us a bit more about how you've set up the course? What update of Storyline are you using to publish? Is the course hosted on a web server or LMS?

Have you tested it on your iPad with all other programs closed and only that one browser open? If you'd like to share a copy of the course here with us or even a copy of the .story file we're happy to take a look.

The course is set up in an LMS and I used Storyline Update 5. I have tested the course with everything else closed. I am not sure how to share the course. Do I publish to CD?

Hi Kirsty,

There are a few ways you could share the course:

• You can attached the .story file here to the thread using the paper clip icon. I can then test it in update 6, which is the most recent update of Storyline. You could also download update 6 here.
• You are always welcome to share your file privately with our Support engineers here, or I can share directions on how to send the file to me directly
• If you'd like to include a link to your LMS and grant us access, we'll test that link as well.
• Lastly, some users post the .story file in a service such as Dropbox or Google drive and share that for download purposes.
