I am having an issue with storyline hanging when it loads the first time around. When I use Fiddler I get a response from the server ".../en/story_content/frame.xml 500 Error". The file is there, and it loads for some people, but we receive this error for about 40% of our clients user. They are using SumTotal for their LMS.

Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud?
This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side.
If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:

If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
