You could create hotspots over your menu items; then set up triggers to have the presentation react to the behavior that you'd like. This can apply to moving to a new slide, showing a layer, or many other things. Give this a try and if you want to provide a little more information as to what you are trying to have happen when the user clicks on the items, I would be happy to put something together as an example, so that you may see how the triggers need to be designed.

I'll definitely go this way. I just though that there is a way to put native SL Player menu from its left/right position to the bottom and change text to images. But I'll use workaround you suggested.

SL does not do this naturally, so you cannot configure it; you must create your own menu.
Whether the objects you put on the bottom are text boxes, or pictures, you can attach triggers to them to jump to the scene you want.
