I ran into a known problem with the template and followed the fix as directed in this posting "Player Templates > Top or bottom of slide is cut off when published" But, now the template is showing a gray bar at the top and bottom of each of my slides - between the slide and the player. It looks really bad. I specially designed the course to use colors around the slides that correspond with named tabs. Any ideas of how to fix?
Sorry for the trouble, but the size of the file shouldn't be a problem. I just tested with Chrome on Mac and didn't have any issues. Are you able to try with a different browser? If not, you can simply open a ticket without attaching your file and you can upload your course directly to whoever takes your case...

Trying to submit a case, but the system has stalled out. Just keep getting the timer.

Even without the file attached I"m still getting the error message "We are having trouble posting your request. Please try again in a bit."
