I'm looking for a way to present mobile content without running into a screen timeout issue. You Tube videos allow the content to run no matter what time is selected, but if I set my devices screen to time out at 1 minute, the Articulate Storyline presentation stops and waits for me to wake the device back up. Is there a way to override the timing for mobile devices with html or html5 content? I have asked my client to bump up the time for screen timeout time for now, but am hoping for a different solution.
I haven't seen anything similar, in previous questions or posts, but it sounds like something I'd have to defer to the community in regards to. Please keep us posted if you're able to figure out another method and best of luck with your project!
