I have built a course in Stoyline 2 (current version) and have downloaded the Atriculate mobile player app.
When I launch the course I get a message saying 'cannot download content, Articulate mobile player cannot download the content because one or more files cannot be found'.
When I loaded this same course yesterday it worked fine.
That being said, is there a reason why you want to use the Articulate Mobile Player instead of launching the course in a mobile web browser like Chrome?
The only browser that we can get to work with our LMS is Firefox, none of the other support the flash player required.
Yes our LMS does require learners to login to view the content, we are using ELMO.
The only reason we installed Articulate Mobile player is when I went to launch to course, it asked me to download the app, this worked well for 24 hour, now we get the error message.
I have read there are some issues running courses created in storyline on the Samsung devises, could this be a reason for my issue?
I have seen other threads where folks have mentioned having trouble with a Samsung tablet, but we don't have any confirmed issues reported. I'd also want to double check which Android operating system and mobile browser version you were running.
We'd be happy to test it out on our end--could you share the original .story file and the details about your Samsung tablet in this form?
Hi David! Give this link a try on your tablet using Firefox, and let me know if it opens for you. Also, let me know if it prompts you to use the Articulate Mobile Player. I'll be standing by!

Hi there David!
I opened your published output file, and it appears that you published for LMS. Does your LMS require learners to log in to view content?
If so, you might not be able to use the Articulate Mobile Player, because browsers cannot pass security credentials to apps unless the LMS supports Tin Can API.

Thanks for your help,
The Android operating system is 6.0.1.
Firefox for Android version 54.0.1
I have tried it today and it seems to work, this is very strange
