Downloading courses for offline viewing

Hello I am trying to download the course I have completed in Articulate Storyline 2. When publishing I have the correct boxes checked for; include HTML5 output, use articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android and Allow for downloading for offline viewing. After the document is published I email me an invitation, open the link, which sends me to articulate mobile player for iOS on my ipad. The problem I am having is that there is no option to download the content for offline viewing. Am I missing something? Ive attached the articulate mobile player library where I have the course I published up, but no where to download.

Hi Jacquelin,
You'll see the tutorial here in terms of how to access the content offline, and if you're missing those options but ensured that you published correctly you will want to reinstall the mobile player app to see if that options reappears and ensure you're using the latest update of the mobile player.
