Please Help!!!

On slide 1.2 of the attached scene, the buttons are not working correctly. The user can click on one of the buttons, which takes them to the appropriate slide, but upon return to 1.2, the remaining buttons do not work.
This issue was not present at peer review nor upon publication. The triggers all seem to be defined correctly. I am on the current version of Storyline 3. The only change between now and initial publication is that I uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline and needed to adjust a script, per Articulate, in order to publish to SABA.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I tested this in SL3.
1.2 slide seems to work fine, on entry and upon return to the slide for me. I would suggest that on return to the slide the second time, the Next button is active so the user does not have to wait for the audio to finish.

It's interesting that the audio plays when you return to the slide. As long as it has completely played through, it should not replay upon return.
