when I publish my project is not published correctly

Hi community. 


I need your help because I have two projects in Storyline but in both at the time of publication, the information is not compiled correctly.

In the Storyline whose name is PildoraV3, I have a Play / Pause button; which is activated and deactivated if I click on any of the buttons that appear when the blue bar is displayed on the left side of each slide.

In the Storyline whose name is RIV3, in slide 1.4, I have a question that has 4 drop-down menus. When I publish this storyline, in each of the menus I get one of the options that I have placed as a possible answer.

Both errors occur to me only when publishing the projects, because if I give in Preview those errors do not appear.
That could be happening?

Thanks for sharing your files with us, Mario! Let's tackle these one at a time.

  1. PildoraV3: I do see the Play/Pause button appear at the bottom of the slide when I click any of the buttons on the left. Can you tell me more about when the Play/Pause buttons should appear?
  2. RIV3: The drop down question on Slide 1.4 appears to be working correctly. Here is what I see when I test your file. Is this similar to what you're seeing? If not, can you share a screenshot of how it looks on your end?
