Poor Quality when I publish on my LMS (Storyline 2)

Hi Guys,

I am having trouble with my content being published in good quality. When I am designing it, it looks fine and clear and when I publish it and upload it to my LMS, it comes up slightly blurry.

See pictures below, is there a way of amending the specs so this doesn't happen?

Hi Isabel. I wonder if your content is launching the HTML5 output. In Storyline 2, the HTML5 output is not as crisp as the Flash output. Some browsers have disabled Flash Player by default, so the content could be falling back to HTML5. What browser are you using to launch this course?

Hi Crystal,

Thanks for getting back to me :) I have been using chrome and i think it has flash disabled as i just tried internet explorer and it looked great.
