When publishing a course for the iPad, the background that I imported into Storyline from PowerPoint (imported as a PowerPoint template) is not showing up. The background image was saved as a jpeg and other courses that I have tested did not have this issue with the background image.
How can I be sure that the background image will appear on both the desktop and the iPad?

I discovered that the template images must be saves as .png's in order to show on the mobile. Thank you for your reply though!

Thanks for your sharing. The issue for background of Quiz that I imported into Storyline from Quizmaker got resolved in iPad. Thanks!
