I have a PPT presentation that is failing to import. I have looked at all of the possible reasons and believe I have addressed them accordingly. Could you please look at this presentation and see why I am not able to import it? Thank you.
I use Storyline 360 and used the option on the start-up screen to import your PowerPoint presentation and the whole thing came in first time without a hitch.
I also tried importing it from within a project into a new scene and that worked too.
Don't ask me why this happens, but I have seen it work in the past. Try creating a copy of your PowerPoint and see if that works okay. Alternatively, click on the version in your post above and then try importing that from your Downloads folder.
Thank you both for your input. Oddly enough, I got out of Storyline completely, got back in and imported it without issue. I guess it just needed a "hard reboot".

Along with Ned's excellent tips, try taking a look at this article and see if any of the following issues apply.
If you find yourself still running into issues, connect with a support engineer, and they can take a closer look at your file!
