PPT will not Import into Storyline

Create a new PPT. Make it ten slides or so with dummy copy. Save that. Import to Storyline. Does that PPT work?

Since you've already tried the possible solutions based on this article, I'd like to ask if you have already conducted a repair of your software? Just making sure that you're using the latest version.

Thanks! I will upload the file now. It seems to be an incompatibility between the two programs. I am working on a brand new PC and have done the repair and un and reinstalled storyline.

are you on the latest update of SL. I've been having this issue with PPT for a few weeks now - even PPT samples I made with just a few slides and only text and I had run through all the instructions as per the KB article to fix it - but it seems the upgrade the other day has worked for me  - hope support can help you.
