Preview and Publish Blank

I have a single slide I created in Storyline I want to publish to Review and insert in Rise. All appears fine until I hit preview then I get a blank screen. Same applies to publishing, I see the content in the tile in my Review dashboard but then it's blank when I try to review it. After searching on this forum I've tried these solutions and have been unsuccessful.

1) I checked if there were blank scenes/slides and there is not.

2) I copied and pasted the slide into a new blank project, still doesn't work.

3) I tried adjusting the fonts as someone suggested, no luck.

4) I tried open a new project and import the other file but that doesn't work at all.

5) I have versions saved on my C drive and in DropBox, neither seem to work.

Any other advice? Much appreciated!

I have a few questions to narrow down the issue:

Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
Is this happening with one specific file or every .story file you open in Storyline?
Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.
