All objects (graphics, text boxes, etc.) on a particular slide are well inside the canvas. But when I preview the course, the ones closest to the canvas edges are cutoff, unable to be viewed.
What can I do? I haven't tinkered with the Player settings yet, because this may not be the issue. But I'll take all the advice I can get.
Does it look like they are moving to a new position when you preview/publish? I saw this before when I had some objects too close to each other on my Slide Master. Some objects were being moved over an inch.
The objects aren't moving (at least to my knowledge). I believe it's just a matter of my canvas being larger than what is displaying during preview, and not knowing how to sync.
Although...now that you mention it (and I think about it), the text boxes did seem to be over to the right about an inch or so. Hmm. Never occurred to me that the issue you mention might be the cause, because all objects were still the same distance from one another during preview.
If such is the case, do you know of a solution? I forgot to mention - none of the objects stem from the Slide Master. They are all on a single blank slide.
I can't find the emails from my support case, but I believe that my graphics were too close to each other or were overlapping. I'll keep looking... Feel free to attach your story file if you are able.
You placed the 1st two text boxes outside the stage, they were inside you background image, but if you move the background image down you'll see the image is actually wider than then stage. (pic 2)
your slides are 1280 wide, and the background image is 1521, it looks like you just need to move the objects over a bit to fit on the slide and maybe shorten the width of your background image to prevent confusing it with the slide stage width.

Hi Mike,

Patrick,
Are you referring to "Step 1" on slide 2 being cut off, or is there something else. Slide 1 looks really cool by the way!
Mike
Patrik,
if you are referring to (Pic 1) then,
You placed the 1st two text boxes outside the stage, they were inside you background image, but if you move the background image down you'll see the image is actually wider than then stage. (pic 2)

That's what I was going to say. :)
