preview error

Used the trial version of storyline, edited a demo, 
when I got it done, can 't preview it. And I gave a screen short of the popup.
Storyline required me to install Flash player 10 or up for IE explorer, couldn't get it down and don't know why the downloaded flash player just didn't work on my PC. So just opened storyline without that step.

Do you have the latest update for the version of Storyline you are using. The flash issue was addressed in Dec 2014.

Thanks. Got it fixed by installing a flash player 17.
