Preview feature not working

My preview feature is not working and I receive an error report message when I try to use it. It wasn't working earlier this week, then it worked just fine for the last two days, and now it's not working again. I've contacted Articulate (yet to receive a response), updated my Flash and Storyline and it still doesn't work. Would anyone have an idea about what this could be?

Hi, Elyse -- Thanks for reaching out and if you submitted a Support Case, would it be possible for you to share your case number from the confirmation email you should have received? I did a search in our ticketing system for you and I did not locate a ticket for you this issue. 

And in the meantime, you may also want to take a look at some of the troubleshooting steps listed here and let us know if you find improvement or if issue persist.
