I've just edit a storyline file, suddenly the preview is blank, and buttons (Select, Replay, Edit Slide) are transparent, can not click.
but I can successfully publish file. Then I try other files, the same, preview function doesn't work, I've uninstall Storyline2, restart my computer, and install Storyline2 again, but still the same. Does anyone knows what should I do?

It works! Thank you Tim!
Thanks for reaching out here. This is something that seemed to bubble up over night with a recent release of Flash player and our Support engineers were hard at work on this issue. We've got some updated documentation here and a workaround and we'll keep folks posted on any additional information once we've got information to share.
Also, thanks Tim for going through to share in a few different threads and sorry you got flagged! If you post a lot very quickly our system things that you're spamming it. ;-)
Happened to me too just a moment ago.
The workaround works great.
This fix did not work, uninstalled and reinstalled and still no preview, hard to fix what I cannot see.
Hi Tom!
Rolling back your Flash Player as explained here did not work for you?
Your published output should still work as expected.
that's great, thanks!
This ALSO fixed the incredible time lag I was experiencing as I worked in Storyline!
I just experienced this issue a couple hours ago. I followed the documented workaround and I'm back in business!
Thanks!!!!!
But the published version isn't showing up in a browser either now--we can't expect all our students to go to a previous version of Flash.
Unfortunately the workaround says the bug in windows 7 is fixed and it still does not work for me. I show Windows 7 service pac1. Adobe Flash player 20 NPAPI 20.0.0.267 and Adobe Flash player 20 Active X 20.0.0270 are showing in the active programs. With the documentation on the Articulate site now showing no workaround, I have been dead in the water for days. I can only upload at great slow pain to your online test site sometimes and play the elearning from there to see what has changed. Any other advice?
I deleted the NPAPI update and kept the Active X upddate. It seems to be working now.
Glad to hear it Paul!
That's great news Michel :)
Glad you were able to find this and get back to good Margaret.
Hi Janice - are you viewing the published project in the intended environment? This is not an issue listed with the Flash Player issue as you can read about here. If you'd like us to take a look, you are welcome to share your .story file for us to take a look or you can share privately with our team here.
Glad you were able to get this working Susan and thanks for sharing the update and your solution as well.
The file I was having trouble with was an Engage project.
No worries Janice. You are welcome to share the .intr file just the same.
Hi Leslie, I am with a trial version, and I can´t see anything. I have already update the flash player but I have the same problem my print preview is gray and inactive

Hi Leslie,
I'm unable to access this link because it somehow violates our cyber security policy. Can you post the instructions another way? Wondering if it might be the .fyi domain. I'm able to access other content on Articulate.com just fine.
Thanks,
Dorothy
