I have this issue related to preview activity. When previewing the entire project an error occurs and an white screen shows up (the same moment and the same screen each time i've tried). If I preview only a slide/scene then it works perfectly.
When you say, "It's at the same moment and the same screen...," it sounds like it may be a problem with a particular slide. Have you tried removing that slide to see if perhaps it's corrupt?
Or, could you try importing the entire .story into a new story?
Are you seeing an error message or just the screen goes blank? I'd agree with Becky's assessment here, and if importing it into a new file doesn't resolve the issues you may want to look at recreating that one slide.
If you're seeing this behavior in all your .story files, you may also want to look at conducting the repair of Storyline.

I didnt apply any of your sugesstion because when i reopend the project it worked properly :). Anyway, thanks a lot for your advice
