Hi All, The automatic player trigger Jump to Previous Slide when user clicks or swipes next is not functioning as expected in a course I am building. It is actually jumping learners who click the arrow to the course start (first slide). I am having to modify the trigger for every slide to have it actually move a learner to the nearest prior slide. Is this a bug? I can't find anything on the master slide or in the player or settings that would cause this quirk.
The Jump to Previous slide trigger in Storyline is related to the previously viewed slide (similar to a browser back button), not necessarily the slides' sequence. The best way to ensure what you want is to point to the specific slide number you want the user to go to.
We have a feature request logged to allow users to set the logic for the Previous slide trigger.
