Print a slide

Hi there, 

I've read in other discussions that you can use the javascript window.print() to print a slide.  I've created a storyline and when in Articulate review the javascript works but if I load it into our LMS (Litmos) it doesn't.  Has anyone got any ideas on why this might be? I've contacted Litmos and they've suggested it's an Articulate problem.
