I configured my mobile to be printed by learners when finishing the test. But the problem is : when the result is negative, it's possible to print the results but whent this one is positive (up to 85%), it is not possible to print it.
Without seeing your .story file it's difficult to understand what you've set up and are seeing. Did you perhaps only enable the print button on the failure layer vs. on the success layer? Are you able to share the .story file here with us?
