Currently, the print results output is not customizable through Storyline. If you're versed in HTML coding, you may be able to modify it, but be aware we don't support modifying published outputs. While a bit older, here's one example of turning the report file into a certificate of completion.
Hopefully our community members who have experience with this can chime in with their expertise!
After publishing your course you will want to replace the report.html file with the attached one. You can find this file to be replaced inside of the story_content folder.
The attached report, removes the Correct Answer and Student Answer columns. It also only lists the questions that were answered incorrectly.
