I have published a web based version and a cd version of my course. With the web based version when I get to the result slide and I click print result, it opens an empty tab after I submitted my name. How can I fix it?? But with the CD version it works well, it opens a tab in my browser and the results are displayed.
When testing the web published version are you testing locally or within the intended publish environment? Testing it locally could cause elements to not work as expected as detailed here.

Please make sure that you are testing the content in its intended environment, as testing on your local machine may cause various features to fail.
