The goal is for the user to enter the instructor's email address and the slide will print so it can be attached to the email. The only problem I'm having is that when the slide prints, it's blank. Could this be something wrong with my trigger order or JavaScript? Please see attached slide 3.18.
I'm happy to help! Thanks for attaching your .story file. I took a quick look at your course and filled out the variables associated with Slide 3.18. When I went to send this page via email, I did see that all of the fields were filled. I've attached a screenshot of this view.
Do you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?
After publishing your course to Review 360 and testing the behavior on my end, I was unable to reproduce the same issue. All of the fields were filled out when I reached the prompt to send the page via e-mail. I've attached a screenshot of my results.
Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the behavior on your end as you are experiencing the issue in real-time?
Also, it looks like part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
My pleasure! Thanks for following up and sharing the feedback!
So glad to hear the issue has been resolved! If you run into any setbacks while moving forward please let us know and we'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!
Also, if you would like to remove the e-mail signature that came through when you replied via e-mail, you can do so by following these steps!

Hi Devan!
I'm happy to help! Thanks for attaching your .story file. I took a quick look at your course and filled out the variables associated with Slide 3.18. When I went to send this page via email, I did see that all of the fields were filled. I've attached a screenshot of this view.

Yes, that's it. Here is the screen.
Thanks for sharing, Devan! Have you filled out all of the fields throughout the Storyline course?
Do you mind sharing a screenshot of what the slide should look like when printing?
Yes, I had completed the previous slides before printing.
Thank you for the screenshot! It sounds like even when you fill out each of the items in the course, the print of the slide is still blank.
Are you viewing the course in a web environment or are you uploading the course to an LMS?
Right now I'm just viewing it in Review 360.

Thank you for your response. Now it seems to be working on my end as well. I'm not what the glitch was.
