You can printthe test result2 times? In otherwords, you canuse the "Print Results"to review theresults asa test thattook placepreviously?it ispossible to work onjavascript? My clientrequiring regularfunction...very importantfor me
We have a number of Javascript gurus in the community who may be able to answer this better than me. The one piece I would want to advise you of, is that you'd need to set your slides to "Resume saved state" so that the user won't be force to take the quiz a second time, but can pick up where they left off (presumably on the results slide). That would save their quiz answers, so they should be able to print again.
Javascript is not something we support, but there are a lot of community members who are really good at Javascript and may be able to help you. You may want to repost your question with Javascript in the title so that they'll see it quicker.
Ok, butthenthereareother ways toget thiseventually find?(as well asJAVA)? I'm going tobuymore licenses"articulatestoryline"from you andthis to me isdecisive.
As I thought more about this, I tried it with a quiz file I had. When I went to print a second time when revisiting the quiz directly to the results page, I was able to get the print page and it showed my score - but it did not show all the questions with which ones I had gotten wrong. So it was half way there...but because it's not working for me all the way, I'd like to have you submit a Support case.
Are you able to share your .story file with our Support team so that they can test it as well?
Good morningand thank you fornot havingyetdropped ! IfI leaveandreturn to thestorylineprogress, evenI visualizethe page withonly the headerof the reportbut thedetail linesare gone.I want to knowhow toremaineven thosedetail lineswithright and wrong answers.
Thanks Rosy - sorry I missed you Friday! I see that you sent along a case and that Cleo was working with you. He confirmed that our QA team is looking into a fix for this, but that there is a not a timeline for the workaround.
Helloandthanks for your reply.YesI contactedCleoandhe informed me thatit isa bugthey are working on.I hope for asolution(I hope so).Meanwhile, thank youfor assistance. Thanks a lotRosy
I'll certainly keep this thread updated if I hear of any fixes or workarounds. If you'd like you can also share your file with our Support team, by sending it to them here.
It's now a year later . . . and this is still an issue. Certainly an issue for us, causing us to add warnings at the beginning of every printed section that is must be completed in one sitting. Not a great user experience. Any updates on fixes or workarounds?
Yes, this is still a known issue that our team is looking into and is documented here. I don't have any updates on share yet on a fix for this issue, but we have shared this forum thread with our QA team so that they're aware of the number of users being impacted by this issue. When there is additional information to share we'll update everyone here in this thread.

Hi Ashley,
I ran the solution you suggested me, by setting my slides to "resume saved state".
Neverthless, I am still unable to re-print the complete report... so far I guess a specific Javascript
code is needed in order for me to solve that issue quickly.
So please help me with this.
Thank you,
Rosy

I'm going to buy more licenses "articulate storyline" from you and this to me is decisive.

If I leave and return to the storyline progress, even I visualize the page with only the header of the report but the detail lines are gone. I want to know how to remain even those detail lines with right and wrong answers.

No problem Rosy!
Hi Ashley,
I would like to point out that I'm having the same issue as Rosy, and since I am
managing to launch courses at a worldwide level for more than 500 users, I am worried.
During the forthcoming months this could become a serious issue for me, and I need to know
whether I can rely on Storyline evaluation system or not.
Please, keep us updated on this!
Thanks,
Alessandro
