I wonder if anyone of you lovely people can help please? I am trying to burn a piece of e-learning to a CD but elements are being left out when I do.
The piece of e-learning was made a couple of years ago in the previous version of Storyline, with some interactions from the previous version of Engage.
When I try to burn the e-learning to CD I get this error message: 'The file 'story' has properties that cannot be copied to the new location.' When I burned the CD anyway, I got a version of my e-learning in which the Storyline elements play, but the Engage elements don't.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to work around this problem please?
Hi Leslie, thanks for getting back to me with the link. I don't remember if it was published for CD as it was a while back - but most likely it was for web. I'll go back to the project and try republishing just in case!
