I am trying to publish a Storyline file to Word. The Publish process seems to work fine but then nothing happens. I don't see the usual "View Document" button. Moreover, I am unable to Cancel or close the window, I end up having to Exit the task (force the app to shut down). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any guidance would be appreciated. :)
Does your organization allow the creation of .doc files? Or is your Microsoft Office restricted to only allow the creation and opening of .docx files? Some organizations no longer allow .doc files to be created, so please check with your IT staff to see if this is the situation for you.
