Problem with course resume Jan 24, 2022 By Jérémy Ozenne Hi articulate community, I'am trying to resume course where it was stopped but i can't get it to work I activated "Prompt to resume". - Do we need to manually trigger a save ? - Should this work if i'am just closing my browser ? - Should we do something with "cmi.SuspendData" ? We are using "scorm 2004 4th edition". Thx

The Prompt to Resume option should ask learners if they want to pick up where they left off when they view it more than once. Have you tested the course in a different LMS environment like SCORM Cloud? That's where I recommend starting: How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.
