Problem with Drag & Drop

I have put together a drag and drop activity of terms on blocks. When the correct terms are matched up they disappear. If they are matched incorrectly and "x" appears and the block circles back to it's original location.
I can't figure out why 5 of the blocks are not visible when the slide is previewed. I have attached what the slide looks like in edit mode and how it looks when previewed. I've gone over the triggers and I can't see anything causing it. Could someone take a look and show me the flaw in my design?
Thank you,
Ann

In your Drag & Drop options you have the box checked for "Reveal drag items one at a time". Once you drag the Wet Tack to the Sh-Mop target, the second item (Dry Tack) appears and so forth. Uncheck that box and it works the way you've intended it to.
Bless you Adam!!! I never would have found that. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Happy to be of assistance.
Hi Ann- Looks like Adam has you covered here. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have further questions. Love the matching blocks idea!
I got that kink worked out but there's still a glitch. I have attached a screen capture of what it's doing as well as the slide itself. I can't figure out why the behavior of the blocks change. They all have the same triggers but occasionally a block will voluntarily move (as shown in video) and after a few successful individual tries at matching, pairs of blocks will move instead of just the one wrong one. I'm stumped. I even erased all of the triggers and rebuilt them, but it didn't fix it.

Hi Ann,
Thanks for sharing your file here- I was able to reproduce what you're seeing as well. I haven't been able to locate the root of the issue after digging around for awhile, however. At this stage, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Engineers by Submitting a Case and including your project file. They'll be able to work with you directly to investigate this further.
If you let me know the case number after submitting, I can follow along and relay information here for anyone who may find it helpful. :)
Thank you for looking into it. I have submitted the case: Case Number: 00880194
Great! Thanks for letting me know, Ann. I'll be sure to follow along.
Hi Ann, just wanted to pop in here with the findings from your case for anyone who may find it useful. Our Support Engineers were able to reproduce what was happening here and have submitted the issue to our Quality Assurance team for review. I don't have any updates regarding it at this time, but you'll be notified once they become available. :)
