Problem with quiz slides

Has anyone had a problem like this before?
I created a quiz question, then changed to a different layout, and moved the text boxes around, but at some point the "True" text starts appearing twice as in the example below. The same thing is happening with multiple choice. Any help appreciated! :-)

Hi Alan,
I haven't seen that before, so I'd first want to confirm that you're working on project files as described here. You may want to also look at repairing Storyline if you're seeing this across multiple project files.
