Problem with resizing in Master Slides

Hi Storyliners,

I have just gotten to using Master Slides, and found that my slides will do strange things if I try to resize them... I have created a Master slide that is 1100px in height, which needs to be adjustable to any files sizes 550px-1100px. My ideal solution would be that I can resize the Master slide file to what I need, and then import that file to my other Storyline projects to apply the same template.

Here is the problem I am facing: when I resize the Master slide, or when I just try to import the template file without resizing, some of the graphics on my Master slides will be stretched and moved, while others remain completely unchanged. All of the placeholder text in my Master slides will also be stretched, and change font size...  I've also found that graphics which include a "hover" state will show "normal" state in the normal position, but the "hover" state is shifted several pixels below the "normal" state. Is this a bug in Storyline? Or am I doing something wrong? Is there a solution to working around this?

Thanks so much for any help!!

Good Afternoon, Bingjie.

To be certain that we're giving you good information, would you mind submitting a Support Case and including a copy of your .story file?  If you have the time, it wouldn't hurt to also add a screencast of the problem to help avoid any misunderstandings.

Please let us know if you need anything else.  Thanks!
