Problem with Resume Course and Possible Suspend Data

I have a client that is having problems when a user attempts to resume where he/she left off on an iPad using Storyline 360. The courses are published to SCORM 1.2 with HTML5 and Flash Fallback. Resume either doesn't work or it takes the user several slides back. I'm unable to reproduce this on Scorm Cloud or our LMS.

We have the course set to allow the user to retry the quiz if it's failed. When retrying the course, does Articulate clear the suspend data? I'm thinking the client's LMS is not compressing the suspend data sufficiently, causing the resume issues.  If we don't put a Retry Quiz button on the Results Slide and require that the user exit and retake the course from start, does that clear the suspend data? We're trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. Thank you!

Hi there, Lu!  We just released Update 13 yesterday which fixed an issue where resuming was inconsistent in published SCORM output.

Can you confirm if you're running the latest update?  Republish your course with that updated version of Storyline, and let me know if you're still seeing the same behavior.
