Problem with States

Normal 0 21 false false false oNotPromoteQF /> SV X-NONE X-NONE

I want my “button” to be in Disabled-state when I enter the slide and then change to Normal when the media completes. When I’m in the editing mode it looks as it should but when I preview or publish it, it does not look like I want to. The Normal-state is sort of shining through. The Normal-state is a blue arrow with text and the Disabled-state is a grey arrow without text... when I preview there is blue text and a grey arrow... why?
