Problem with text variables

Hi, I am new to Storyline! I am following the tutorials for understanding how to use variables. I simplified the "Creating Interactions with Variables" part of the "Getting Started with Storyline" tutorials to show what does not work with my own Storyline mini project.
When I preview the project, and I type a name on the first slide, and click the "Submit" button, the project freezes. The only thing I can do after is to end the preview.
I attached the 2-slides Storyline project to this discussion, and a Replay 360 video to show what happens. Also, sometimes I have to restart the video so that it plays properly, but that's another issue.

Seems to work as expected for me - I was not able to replicate the issue in your story. You may need to restart SL or reboot and see if the issue persists.

So sorry you're running into this problem, and I'm glad you reached out for help. Great call to also open a support case!
After careful testing, I see that my teammate, Chino, recommended updating Storyline 360 to the latest version to see if that does the trick.
Please give that a try, and let us know if you see an improvement!
