Problem with video playback on mobile with Storyline 3 and 360

Hi everyone, I have a video on the timeline that pauses with precise timing to let the user click to resume the timeline, that works fine on desktop, but on mobile, it never pause at the precise moment. It seems to be the streaming of the video that does not load properly because if the user replays the slide, the timing is good. I tried adding a button to triggers the timeline, it's better but still having problems.

Any solutions?
