I have created and published content for a client (Video, Audio and some native SL content - hotspots etc.) which seems to display and run fine on laptops and desktops.
When they tested it on mobile devices the content freezes in places.
This is the feedback we received.
"On IOS it froze on screen 5,6 & 7 but then continued when I tapped the screen near where the continue button should have been. It’s fine on Android."
I can't post any samples of the content as the client will not allow this.
Any ideas/pointers/suggestions will be very welcome.

Hi Eric, Thanks for the prompt response. I will ask the client both questions. I would think they are running the latest iOS for testing (but will check), but they are going to be making this available to all their customers. As they are a UK bank with around 18 million active online users - if I assume 10% are going to access the content and 50% have iOS I think it's very unlikely they will all have the latest version running. Hopefully, they will let me share the content with you.
