Problems Adding mp4 Videos

I have four mp4 videos I'd like to add to an elearning. They are all under 3 minutes and under 18 MB.

I am using Storyline 1.

When loading the files under 16 MB, everything works fine, it loads instantaneously and is able to be previewed.

PROBLEM: When loading my largest video, just under 18 MB, the program is taking over 20 min - 1 hour to insert the video. As well, it doesn't appear in the preview, and it bogs down my program to the point where just saving the file takes up to 10 minutes!

I've stored all files locally (c: drive), and have removed all spaces, special characters from all file names. My system requirements are also good.

Please help!

Hi, Phuong -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your difficulties! Just so you have it handy, here is our documentation on Adding Videos, and may I ask if you find improvement when you run through the troubleshooting steps listed here?
