I, respectively our IT department, have problems installing the apps via Articulate 360 desktop app. Is there a way to download the installing packages manually? Can you publish the address of your repository, so we can register it in our Proxy Server and in the Firewall?
Clicking on the *more info* button didn't help either because I landed on a 404 page.
We don't have a manual installation process yet, although it's been something a few users have accessed for based on similar reasons. I'd want to have you connect with our Support team here so that if there is any additional information about that we can reach out to you directly and quickly.
