Problems to find and edit the section of layers

I am new using SL360, I´m trying to edit the results slide, I can´t find the section to edit the layers of sucess and failure. I see the section to edit the results slide and the section to edit the triggers, but I can't find the section of layers.

Besides, I need to translate into Spanish the feedback you receive when you clic on review quizz bottom, but I can´t find how.

Somebody can tell me how to reactive the section of layers?

Thank you for reaching out! Let's see if we can get you up and running here. :) 

When reviewing your screenshot, it looks like one of the categories is missing and might be un-docked. If you click on the View tab on the ribbon >> then click on Redock All Windows, this should return the Layers section that is missing:
