Problems with content render on Android phone

Hi Agnieszka.  We saw an issue like this in Storyline 2.  I see your course was published with the latest update of Storyline 360, but could you check the player properties for the slide background setting?  I'd like to see if this behavior matches.

If not, I'm happy to have a look at your .story file for clues.  Thanks!

I don't see anything in player properties for slide background settings that would be responsible for changing the light grey slide background colour to dark grey.

Does this published course work better for you on Android? I'm no longer seeing the issue.

It seems related to the information that Crystal shared above regarding transparency.

Your course:

When I adjusted this to 0% transparency, I no longer saw the issue.

I did this on the Master Slide and your updated file is attached.

Thank you very much for the update on this. Your published course works well on my phone, the dark grey background is no longer an issue. 

Just so that I understand - am I not able to apply any transparency to the background if I am wanting the content to be viewed on mobile devices?

Thanks for confirming. It seems that way at this time. I'm going to get this reported though as I do not believe that's expected. Removing gets it handled in the meantime and glad that it worked well for you.
