I have a situation where one of my courses that I use over the Target Solutions platform gets stuck or stops working at one particular slide. It does not happen with all users just some of them. Any ideas out there it is really getting frustrating.
Yikes, that does sound frustrating. The best way to pinpoint the cause of this issue is to test the course in another LMS environment. We like to use SCORM Cloud, a free industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output.
With your permission, I can help test your .story file (even just the troublesome slide is perfect) there. You can share it publicly in our discussion here, or send it to me privately by using this upload link. I'll let you know what I find and will delete it once we sort what's happening!
I sent it privately using the upload link. I really appreciate your help. We have 4800 employees and 848 volunteers so this defensive driving course gets a great deal of use. It seems at time goes along we have had more and more issues with it.
