Problems with html 5 version

We have developed a presentation with Storyline 1 Update2: 1212.1412 and
we are having problems with html5 version in IE11 and Chrome.

In IE11 no texts are displayed correctly and in Chrome menu options or buttons Previous and Next don't work, so you can not see the different sections of the presentation.

How can we solve it?,

SL 1 is now up to Update 10 - Build 1509.1408 (9/15/2015)

These are the compatible browsers for SL1 html5 output

If we develop the presentation in Storyline 2, the problem with html5 in IE would be solved?

I forgot to let you know that in theory Storyline 1 support html5 in Chrome, but in our case the presentation does not work in the latest version of Chrome. What can be the reason?
