I've got a course that's been published and uploaded to client's TalentLMS. Course looks perfect in Chrome, Firefox, but client viewing with IE11 gets a garbled version where all the text and images have moved. It looks dreadful!
To confirm if it's an issue with IE11 and Storyline or IE11 and TalentLMS can you test the course at SCORM Cloud and view it within IE11? You'll also want to check which Flash version is associated with IE11 as browsers such as Chrome have their own Flash player built in.
