I am having a problem with my slide notes as they are appearing on a few spots in the menu. See highlighted info below. Does anybody know how I can fix this so the title of the slide appears and not the notes? I should mention that this is a word bank question quiz. Thanks!
is this happening when you preview the course, or are you viewing the course on a web server or LMS when this happens?
If this happens when you're previewing the course, you'll want to make sure you're working with a local project file. Try to make sure your files are on your local hard drive. You can also try resetting the course menu by going to "Player" > "Menu" and selecting "Reset from story" in the lower right-hand corner of the menu options.
If this happens while you're viewing a published and uploaded course, try clearing your browser cache.
If you've tried all of the suggestions above and you still see the information from your Notes tab, can you share the .STORY file here, or send it to us privately?
It looks like you have questions where these long titles are appearing. By default, Storyline appears to use the question text as the slide title. You can edit the names of the slides in the slide list window or in Story view to make them say what you want in the menu.

I hope this helps.
Hi Christine - I reset the player menu and that took care of the problem. Thanks so much!
Awesome, Kathleen! Happy to hear that helped
Have a great day!
