When I right-click a layer, select Layout ,and click on the kind of feedback I want to use, no matter what I choose - Correct, Try Again, whatever -- the Close button at the bottom can't be edited or even clicked!
I have tired to bring it to Front and still - nothing mostly, although sometimes that lets me click it!
There is a continue button on the Correct and Incorrect layouts, and you are able to change the text for the button. I assume you are referring to the Try Again and Thank You layouts. Both have a box at the bottom that says "click to add text", but I can't seem to get them to work. You can, however delete that object, and replace it with a continue button which you can copy and paste from the correct or incorrect layout. If you do this, don't forget to check the triggers on the button.

I'm not seeing a close button on any of the default feedback layouts. Is the close button on your base layer?
It doesn't say close -- but that is its function. It says "Click to add text."
